I, Tonya - dir. Craig Gillespie

(no spoilers)  I didn't absolutely love this but I absolutely liked it. Margot Robbie and Sebastian Stan deserve the world and Oscars and they win my heart. I loved the kinda fourth wall breaking. It didn't give me goosebumps the same way fourth wall breaking done well usually does but it was still done well? Feminist bop. She stood up for justice and left her toxic relationship. We stan! Rating: 7/10 I recommend this film cuz honestly it's nice to watch something based on some real? Informative and entertaining!!

See You Yesterday - dir. Stefon Bristol

SPOILER WARNING!  Holy heckin damn! I enjoyed this but it had some really confusing vibes! It starts very exciting and fun and the way you usually see time travelly movies... And then it gets really dark. But I kinda like that, cuz it's being two things at once! It's Bristol's first feature film and I gotta say he kinda nailed it for a first time director, although he was working with the great Spike Lee as a producer so he definitely had some help from the best! CJ was an absolute badass and I love her. The whole "we've solved stuff that Einstein worked his whole life on" trope made me cringe a little bit but putting that aside I loved that she was a smart powerful young woman. The films discusses the theme of police brutality and racism, with a general idea that while there is no clear end in sight that's no reason to give up the fight, as CJ fearlessly charges back in time to try and solve it time and time again. As she loses Sebastian it...
